Payment Methods
I accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and bank transfer, in euros or U.S. dollars. Payment details will be provided at the time of transaction.
Invoices are issued through my U.S.-registered business.
Payment terms may vary depending on the type of service and will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Work begins once the booking deposit is received. Thank you for respecting this policy—it allows me to offer timely, dedicated attention to every project.
Cancellation Policy
If the service is cancelled by the client, a fee will be charged, depending on notice and the nature of the service. Specific conditions will be outlined at the time of booking.
Consultation & Coaching
For 1:1 sessions (including coaching or personalized consultations), cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee according to the following schedule.

Translation & Editing
For project-based services (translation, editing, or academic support), cancellation fees depend on the status and scope of the work. A non-refundable deposit or minimum fee may apply to secure project time according to these standard terms. Project-specific terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
